Our Principal - Kerry Pearse

Kerry is an innovative and strategic thinker with policy, program and operational experience. She is an experienced generalist with strong management and leadership skills. She is also a highly skilled facilitator who is people and outcome focussed. Kerry has a flair for innovation, business improvement, building high performing teams and driving change. She is used to working effectively in complex environments with multiple stakeholders and has a successful track record of policy, program and corporate achievements.
Passion, humour and making a difference are central to Kerry's approach to work.
Prior to starting Moreton Consulting Kerry worked as a senior executive in the Comonwealth and NSW public sectors for over ten years. She worked in the not for profit sector for 15 years before joining the Commonwealth public service in 1995.
Kerry was an Executive Director with the NSW Department of Aboriginal Affairs from 2006 - 2010. From 1999 to 2005 she held various senior positions with the Australian Government Department of Families and Community Services including NSW State Manager; Branch Head - Strategic Management and People; and Head - National Families Strategy Taskforce.
During her time in the not for profit sector Kerry worked in the areas of community housing, community development, tenancy advice and advocacy and violence against women. She has also run a small independant musical production company. Her current professional associations include Member - International Coach Federation, Member - NSW Insitute of Public Affairs and Administration and Member - Australian Institute of Company Directors.
