Change Management Project
Moreton Consulting was recently successful in winning a tender to work on a change management project with AIATSIS in Canberra. This project started in early April and we are doing this work in association with two of our strategic partners - Graymorr Consulting and Casey Consulting.
Jumbunna Indigenous House of Learning Research Unit - University of Technology, Sydney
Review and Refresh Project
The purpose of this project was to support the Director of the Jumbunna IHL Research Unit to identify and implement a range of strategic management initiatives aimed at strengthening the Unit's effectiveness. This included undertaking an organisational review then driving the development of a 3 Year Stategic Plan, strengthening internal working arrangements and supporting the development of core values.

Australian Research Alliance for Children and Youth
National Action Plan for Children and Young People
The purpose of this project was to provide high level advice and support in relation to the development of a National Action Plan for Young Australians. This work included preparing an extensive background paper and supporting a national workshop with over 70 expert academics, policy makers and practitioners in Canberra in December 2010. Gillian Calvert AO and Kerry Pearse undertook this work together.
